100 Deadlifts 155#/105#
80 Hang Power Cleans 155#/105#
40 Push Jerks 155#/105#
20 Thrusters 155#/105#
*One athlete works at a time. Every minute on the minute, stop where you are and all 3 athletes complete 5 burpees. You must wait for all 3 athletes on your team to finish the burpees before returning back to the other exercises.

#4. Let prevention come from the top:
The mental approach to training in any box comes from the coaches. The mantra for coaches and trainers should always be “Know your body, and listen to it!” Backing off is never a sign of weakness when one is redlining a WOD. If anything, it’s a sign of wisdom.
