50 Box Jump Overs 24/20″
This WOD can be scaled to any fitness level. Please attend a trainer led class time for modified versions of the above. (See website schedule for times).
***Partner 1 starts with Row. Partner 2 can’t start Row till Partner 1 finishes Row. Each partner completes all reps and at no time can partner 2 pass partner 1. At no time can partners be on the same exercise at the same time EXCEPT for the box jump overs. Partner 1 and 2 CAN perform the box jump overs at the same time. Example partner one is at 30 reps on the box jump overs when partner 2 gets to box jump overs, Partner 1 can rest while partner 2 starts reps, but partner 1 still has to finish before partner 2.
