Modified version of above, for time:
Sub 20 anchored abmat sit-ups each round (instead of 30), and begin with the 18 reps of KB swings and box jumps.
*There will be no 8:15 “trainer led” group WOD this morning. However, Nate will be running OnRamp at 9:00am and any WOD athletes and/or drop-in Crossfitters home for thanksgiving break can also come by at this time if they would like a morning group workout.
