Community WOD:
Our next community WOD is this coming Saturday. We hope you are all able to join us. This is great time for us all to get together at the same time to WOD and meet some other CF906 athletes that may regularly attend the box at a different time of day than yourself. Bring your friends for FREE to see what it is we do here. Saturday, Sept.3rd at 10:30am.

*ascending in weight to 1RM

AMRAP in 10minutes of:
3 Hang Power Cleans 135/95#
3 Front squats 135/95#
100m Run
(*100m run is 4 lengths of the turf -OR- if WODing outside, start by tires on other side of tape marked on ground, run the length of the building to the edge of the parking lot and back to tape again.)
