Here is the plan for Monday morning:
10:00am- Warm-up and set-up on your own. A suggested warm-up will be on our TV screen.
10:20am – WOD Briefing (at our Tv screen) Scaling options will be covered at that time.
10:25am- Group photo
10:30am- Clock starts 3..2..1.. GO!
There will be a suggested warm-up on the screen at the box and you are responsible for getting your warm-up done before we begin. Please be sure to arrive EARLY so you don’t miss out on warming up, the photo or briefing.
