50 Thrusters (Men: 95#, Women: 65#)
2 x Partner Wheelbarrow Walk (75ft)
50 Lateral Burpees Over partner
2 x Partner Wheelbarrow Walk (75ft)
50 Box jumps (Men: 24″, Women: 20″)
2 x Partner Wheelbarrow Walk (75ft)
50 KBS (Men: 53# 1.5 pood, Women: 35# 1 pood)
2 x Partner Wheelbarrow Walk (75ft)

Details–
**reps for thrusters, burpees, box jumps, and KBs may be broken up between partners as desired… This is a very nice perk! (We can suggest each partner do 25 reps each, but up to you).
**Partners must alternated for wheelbarrow walks (if one does the first 75ft, the other must do the next 75ft back)
**One length of the turf is 75 feet for the wheelbarrow walk. Scale this as fit per athlete.
**if unable to do wheelbarrow walk, partners may scale by subbing 75 ft. bear crawls instead
