Getting Started

Welcome to CrossFit 906, the area’s premier destination for CrossFit training.

The best way to find out what CrossFit 906 is all about is to experience it for yourself. We offer a free consultation/intro session. This is designed to give you a taste of what our workouts are like and is appropriate for all fitness levels. You are more than welcome to bring a friend! Everything will be scaled to your fitness level and done at your pace. Please contact us and we’ll find a time that fits in your schedule. Arrive a few minutes early to complete a waiver. Bring workout clothes, comfortable shoes, an open mind and positive attitude! Be prepared to have fun and be exposed to a whole new way of working out! Please also feel free to stop on by our box at any of the posted class times (listed on our schedule and prices page) to check it out before scheduling your intro session.

Step 1: Schedule and Attend a Free Intro Session

Step 2: Learn the elements of CrossFit through our 20 session/ 1 month OnRamp course.

Step 3: Continue as a CrossFit 906 member utilizing our programs and our 24-7 open gym hours to forge the fitness and lifestyle that you want.
