Kristin and Brandon completed the “On Ramp” course tonight. Kristin finished in under 5 minutes and Brandon took off 1:30 from his first baseline test only 5 weeks ago. Awesome job!

Run 400 meters
75# Squat Snatch, 15 reps
9 Handstand Pushups
Note-
*Members may sub rowing for running if they would like. Running will take longer than a row.
*For the squat snatch, start from floor and finish ovehead with full squat each rep. Scale weight as needed. Women’s weight is 55#.
*Sub heavy shoulder press for HSPU if needed.
