Adam joined 906 2 weeks ago. He is currently in our “On Ramp” class. He has lifted for many years, but is new to CrossFit. He is finding how different CrossFit is compared to globo gym routines. He is lovin it!

This is our buddy Seth from Aspen Ridge Middle School. He comes to 906 with his dad every night. They enjoy CrossFitting as a family. It’s always fun working out with them!
Check out the blue prints of the gym at the counter tomorrow everyone. We’ll even have central air to keep us cool on those hot summer months.

Shay and I reviewed the plans of the new gym tonight. We will hang the photos in the gym tomorrow. Get ready everyone-soon we will have just under 3,000 square feet for our wods. This new box is being designed especially for us.
Thursday is rest day! Let your body recover so you can come back strong on Friday (unless you missed a wod and need to make one up).
Vanda has been with 906 since we opened. She works very hard and never gives up! This is a photo of her doing ring rows, but she has recently moved on from these and is now doing pullups with a band. Nice job Vanda! Next step for her is to conquer those box jumps. You can do it!

Kristin and Brandon completed the “On Ramp” course tonight. Kristin finished in under 5 minutes and Brandon took off 1:30 from his first baseline test only 5 weeks ago. Awesome job!

Run 400 meters
75# Squat Snatch, 15 reps
9 Handstand Pushups
*Members may sub rowing for running if they would like. Running will take longer than a row.
*For the squat snatch, start from floor and finish ovehead with full squat each rep. Scale weight as needed. Women’s weight is 55#.
*Sub heavy shoulder press for HSPU if needed.
