Jen has been been CrossFitting for a few months now. Both her and her husband are CrossFit 906 members. She has a positive attitude, is very strong and is always supportive to the members of our team. You will see her running in local races. We love having you with us everyday Jen!

If you have not yet been taught the SDHP or OHS, come after the “On Ramp” class tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. for training.

The gym will be closed from 5:30-6:30 tomorrow evening for a trainer meeting with Bucky and Tina.
Sunday a.m. Shannon and Nichole–please come by the house and we will meet with you two then. Thanks guys!

We have been very busy and again want to thank everyone for being patient with us until we are in our new gym. Plans for the move are in place.
