Strength Clinic
This coming week there will be 3 clinics in which athletes may sign up for this 8 week cycle. At the clinic Meg will cover the meaning behind the percentages and go through the first 3 weeks of assistance exercises. Please attend the clinic with your 1RM numbers. We will continue the 9am strength class as long as there are at least 3 athletes attending class on a regular basis, (preferably even more than 3). In the evenings, there will not be a “set” time for strength. Athletes will have the instruction from the clinic to know how to complete it on their own and/or may see Meg and Jared while they are working in the evening with questions.
**If you plan to get in on the next 8 week cycle please sign up over the next couple of days for
the clinic session that works for you.
