“The Under Secretary of the Army Patrick Murphy contacted CrossFit and requested that a workout be programmed for the U.S. Army’s birthday.”
Russell Berger, an Army Ranger performs the “1775” workout for the 241st anniversary of the United States Army along with fellow CrossFit HQ staff members Cara Hipskind, Cary Hair, Matt Bischel, Connor Sparkman and Kevin Daigle.
**Tomorrows trainer led times are 7:30am (bumped up 30 min from regular start time) and 6:00pm.
