This was a good, quick workout, all arms! it took me 9:38 with #8 ball and green band…there was 4 of us all doing it at once so it made it fun and competitive 🙂

8:40… they were not the prettiest pullups but I did get them done… and my hands are sore…that is a good sign right? haha… p.s. Thaks for the Zone book. Brittany wants to clear my cabinet of all the “bad” food and start over..

The way I like to look at it is this- you can’t leave in any one extreme. You can’t live in an extreme of eating whatever you want all the time- BUT I wouldn’t live in an extreme that you don’t ever treat yourself once in awhile either. Find a balance. Eat well and 80% of the time if you can, but don’t stress or obsess over it- you’ll drive yourself crazy with that! Take the Zone plan and do it as close as you can as often as you can. That’s how I do it. (Not saying I shouldn’t be better here or there either- I am not one to preach perfection in that area. I think we ALL have work to do there.)

Great workout! 9:01 blue band pullups except for 15 of last 17 had to steal Nicole’s green band lol. Gonna RX them pullups by summer.
