4 rounds for time:
10 L-pullups (sub regular)
15 push-ups
15 chest to bar pull-ups (sub with a band, use a band that you can bring your chest up to bar each rep if you are able)
15 push-ups
20 pull-ups
15 push-ups

22:27 sub red band/blue bad. Crazy workout, I’m not sure it’s ever necessary to do that many pullups in one wod 🙂 I’ll be feeling it tomorrow that’s for sure…

what is the L pull up?
