*A tabata is run 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 8 cycles. All 8 intervals of K2E are completed before moving onto the burpees and so forth. There is a function on our clock (we will post the function on the board) at the box for this. Post total number of reps. Enjoy!
