The Open starts this Friday! Remember there is a scaled version this year. Also.. If you WOD on Fridays you will all be doing The Open workout anyhow that evening, so you might as well enter yourself a score for our affiliate and join our group.
Judging will occur Friday nights, first heat starting at 6:00pm. If you are not participating to enter a score, please note that we will be moving our regular WOD class times up a bit (on those 5 Fridays only). Stay tuned to the website schedule and website for details on regular classes for those evenings.
We now have 15 athletes signed up and room for more!
Also some fun news…BlackFly CrossFit is making the trip to us again for 15.3 and we are going there for 15.4 (6:00 PM on those Fridays as well).
