Scaling option:
Shorten distance to 3k if an athlete is likely to go over 30 minutes.
B. STRENGTH CASH-OUT:
1 attempt of:
Max rep strict pull-ups
If an athlete can not do a strict pull-up do strict with a band that allows at least 5 to be done. Record the thickness of the band for future testing.
