L-sit hold for 2min total time (use parallettes, boxes, rings or dip stations)
Farmers carry with 95/65 barbell. 40 yards *3 lengths from green tape to green tape. A length is one way. (For space or equip purposes may sub holding bumper plates or kettlebells.)
Handstand hold 30 seconds (use wall to help support and try to move away from wall as you can.)
