For time:
Run 1 mile
100 sit-ups (at least these are not on the GHD this time)
100 back extensions (sub “Good Mornings”)
Run 1 mile
Mix and match back extensions and sit-ups as needed.
And.. I would like EVERYBODY to run tomorrow. Start at our door and run on Hematite Dr. or bike path.. circle Lafaro’s parking lot until you are by the ATM for the Credit Union and run back to 906.
